Trustee Biographies

The Everyone Project is led by a dedicated team of volunteer trustees who are passionate about improving mental wellbeing through accessible mindfulness. Trustees work collaboratively to set the charity's strategic direction, ensure good governance and financial sustainability, safeguard participants, evaluate impact, and build partnerships. As a small charity, trustees also take an active operational role, giving their time and expertise to fundraising, administration, communications and project development, helping to keep overheads low while maximising support for beneficiaries

Jan Mayor

Jan brings expertise in inclusivity and community engagement.

Elsa Rodeck

Elsa became involved with the Everyone Project in 2019 after seeing a poster for the project in the Samye Ling cafe. Fresh from the experience of her first in-depth mindfulness training, she was inspired to help bring mindfulness to others, particularly to those whose life circumstances may be a barrier to joining a course. This gap in access remains a strong motivation for her, given that mindfulness practice is in its essence rooted in a capacity innate to us all. After providing administrative support for several years, Elsa joined the Everyone Project team as a trustee in 2024. She also teaches mindfulness in her local community on the Isle of Arran.
